Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets supported by our payment partner.

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WISDOMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Website, products, or services. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SaiWisdoma, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and physical products. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested. Please read carefully before making a purchase. Different rules apply to digital products and physical products.

This policy applies to all purchases made through saiwisdoma.com. Different terms apply for digital and physical products.

A. Digital Products

eBooks (e.g., RF Planning eBook, Wisdom Insight)
eMagazines (e.g., Self Transformation Engineering)
Downloadable notebooks and planners (PDF)
Access to AI chatbot, daily growth content, and online courses
Membership-based digital content

Cancellation

Cancellation of digital products is not permitted once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted, as digital content is delivered immediately and is non-returnable in nature.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be provided once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

In rare cases of technical issues (such as a broken download link or non-functional access) that we are unable to resolve within seven (7) business days of your written complaint, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.

How to Report a Digital Product Issue

If you experience any issue with a digital product, please email us at mail@SaiWisdoma.com within 7 days of purchase, with the following details:

Order ID and date of purchase
Email address used for the purchase
Description of the issue
Screenshots, if applicable

Cancellation Window

Physical products are produced through our print-on-demand partner. Once an order is placed, it is queued for production within a short window. To cancel a physical product order, you must email us at mail@SaiWisdoma.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 12 hours, or once the order has entered production or been dispatched, cannot be accommodated.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements for physical products only in the following cases:

Damaged on arrival: The product is visibly damaged, torn, broken, or unusable upon delivery.
Defective product: The product has a manufacturing defect (printing errors, binding issues, missing pages, etc.).
Wrong product shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of the design, ordering the wrong variant, or any other reason outside the three cases listed above.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement for a physical product, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving the product:

Email mail@SaiWisdoma.com with subject line: “Refund / Replacement Request – [Order ID]”
Include clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or wrong item received
Include the unboxing video, if available (highly recommended for damaged-on-arrival claims)
Mention your order ID, registered email, and date of delivery

Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, we will respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs (if a physical return is required) will be borne by SaiWisdoma. We will provide instructions for return at the time of approval.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how products purchased from SaiWisdoma are delivered. Different terms apply to digital and physical products.

A. Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, eMagazines, PDFs, online course access, AI chatbot access, etc.) are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

Download link(s) for the purchased digital product, or
Login access details for membership-based content, or
Activation instructions for the purchased service

Digital delivery typically occurs within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases of delay, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received the delivery email within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at mail@SaiWisdoma.com with your order ID.

B. Physical Products

Shipping Partner

Physical products purchased through SaiWisdoma are produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partner, Printrove. Each product is custom-printed and dispatched specifically for your order.

Production Time

Once your order is confirmed, it is queued for production. Standard production time is 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods (festivals, sales, holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After production, your order is dispatched and typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping partner’s logistics network.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8 to 15 business days within India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is currently free for all physical product orders within India. There are no hidden charges, surcharges, or COD fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

International Shipping

At present, we ship physical products only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We may introduce international shipping in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also reach out to us at mail@SaiWisdoma.com for tracking assistance.

Failed Delivery / Address Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SaiWisdoma will not be responsible for delivery failures or returns to origin caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
Refusal to accept the package

In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to have the product re-shipped, additional charges (re-shipping costs) may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your physical product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for the process to request a replacement or refund. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to support such claims.
