This policy explains how WISDOMA, a registered partnership firm operating SaiWisdoma™ (saiwisdoma.com), collects and uses your personal data. It is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
1. What we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted).
- Order data: items purchased, amount, order ID, transaction reference.
- Delivery data (physical orders only): postal address, PIN code and mobile number.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Content you submit: life lessons, comments and other material you post on the site.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address.
- Progress data: streaks, XP and completed experiments, stored in your browser and, where you have an account, on our system.
2. Why we use it
To create and run your account, deliver what you bought, ship physical orders, send email you have asked for, respond to your queries, keep the site secure, meet tax and legal obligations, and improve the product.
3. Who we share it with
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Courier partners — your name, address and mobile number, only for physical orders, only to deliver them.
- MailerLite — email delivery.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Google — fonts, analytics and Sheets-based content delivery.
- Government authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. Some of these providers process data outside India.
4. Content you post publicly
Anything you submit through Share Your Life Lesson may be published on the Mingle feed, with the display name you provide. Do not include details you would not want visible to the public. You may ask us to remove your submission at any time.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage for login sessions, cart contents, caching, streak tracking and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site will stop working correctly.
6. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for 8 years as required under Indian tax law. Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Delivery addresses are kept for 1 year after the order, for returns and disputes.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove records we must legally retain.
8. Children
SaiWisdoma is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and a PCI-compliant payment gateway. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
